Just as the human body, the vehicles also made up of multiple systems. These systems include the car’s electrical system, electrical system, engine, suspension and steering, and exhaust system. All these factors play various roles that allow a car to work properly.
One of the important elements of a certain vehicle is the exhaust system. Exhaust systems transmit burnt gases coming from the internal combustion engine to the exhaust pipe. Today, most modern vehicles exhaust system is designed so that the flow of gas through a catalytic converter to reduce air pollution. A device called the muffler is also used to minimize the noise produced by the exhaust system.
As the motor vehicle system, the exhaust system also contains several components. A component is the exhaust manifold or header. The main objective of the variety is to collect exhaust gases from multiple cylinders in the internal combustion engine and place it in a single pipe. Header is an alternative name for the collector and is specially designed to improve performance.
Header back is the part of the exhaust system that allows gases to flow out from the header to the exhaust pipe. Turbo-back is part of the exhaust system that sits between the output of the turbocharger and the exhaust pipe. Some exhaust systems, catalytic converters to remove because the turbo-back plays the same role as the catalytic converter.
The final component of the exhaust system is the catback. Catbacks were also refereed as the axle back, which are part of the exhaust system that is located between the exhaust pipe and catalytic converter output. The catback also includes the muffler the entire length of the exhaust pipe.
